All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases from NoorDesk are non-refundable once the content has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

Order Accepted Upon Payment Every order is confirmed and fulfilled as soon as payment is successfully processed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Exceptions We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

• You were charged but never received access or a download link
• The file is corrupted or unusable and we are unable to provide a working replacement

How to Request a Refund If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, please contact us at noordesk@proton.me within 14 days of your purchase date. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
