1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or purchasing from NoorDesk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

2. Digital Products NoorDesk sells digital products only. All content is delivered electronically upon payment confirmation. No physical goods will be shipped.

3. Orders & Payment Every order is accepted and processed as soon as payment is successfully completed. You will receive a confirmation email with access to your purchased content shortly after.

4. License & Permitted Use Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital content for your own personal or professional use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or reproduce the content without prior written permission from NoorDesk.

5. Refunds All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on eligible exceptions.

6. Intellectual Property All content sold by NoorDesk remains the intellectual property of NoorDesk or its respective creators. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright.

7. Limitation of Liability NoorDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
